DevOps Engineer for AI-Driven SaaS Platform

Location:
Pisa or Bari, on-site (Remote available only for referenced candidates with more than 10 years of experience)

About the Company:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in developing an AI-driven, event-based SaaS platform that automates marketing tasks for the restaurant industry.

Our platform integrates autonomous AI agents, which collaborate within the system to deliver a complete marketing solution.

Restaurants Club is the AI go-to-market suite for small business which will democratize Customer Acquisition and Retention Technologies, making them accessible to small businesses - previously limited to large enterprises.

We want to free restaurant owners from the captive market created from marketplaces and let them be competitive on the market to don't be crushed from big chains.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitActions and GitHub.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage Dockerized applications.
  • Work with Celery and RabbitMQ for event-driven architecture.
  • Collaborate with AI and development teams to ensure seamless deployment of AI agents.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability in a Linux environment.
  • Manage Keycloak realms and platform

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (especially GitActions) and GitHub for version control.
  • Strong proficiency in Docker containerization.
  • Familiarity with Celery and RabbitMQ for event handling.
  • Experience with Linux-based environments.
  • Knowledge of relational databases like SQL and non-relational databases like MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with the MERN stack (with as the backend framework).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of MLOps or a willingness to learn (we'll provide courses).
  • Previous experience with AI-driven platforms and SaaS models.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio showcasing previous projects.
  • Availability to work on-site is mandatory. Remote options are available only for highly experienced candidates with proven seniority in the required fields.

  • Base salary is from 20k to 30k, depending on the seniority: expect this to grow fast as soon as we hit our next milestones (100 customers, BEP, 1M ARR, 10M ARR, 100M ARR).
  • At 1M ARR we'll create an option pool and give shares to employee depending on their contribution and seniority: help us to reach that goal and you can expect a part of those shares.
