Customer Service Specialist

The resource within the Customer Service team will be responsible for the following activities:
- Entering, managing and receiving customer orders through Corporate Management System
- Ensure customer support for all information and/or questions about the order process (order entry and confirmation, stock checks and delivery management with different contractual conditions)
- Ensure the achievement of Customer Satisfaction by coordinating with other company functions
- Ensure accurate document management of customer records, new articles and price lists
- Supports and monitors the order book through regular Reports
Skills
- 3/5 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language
- Accuracy, planning and organization
- Good relationship and communication skills
- Team Working, Proactivity, Problem Solving
- Good knowledge MS Office
Education
Degree in Economics / Languages or related areas
