Your role
As a
Medical Science Liaison
, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide valuable scientific information to specialists and decision-makers, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Translate local business needs into innovative scientific activities aligned with LEO Pharma's strategy and Medical Plan.
- Deliver scientific communication during one-on-one and group meetings with specialists and key decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new Opinion Leaders (OLs), Rising Stars with content of high scientific value.
- Support local sponsored clinical trials (NIS) and local investigator-initiated studies (IIS).
- Support corporate clinical studies, ensure feasibility and monitoring, and contribute to the Medical Plan's execution.
- Organize local scientific events, review scientific literature, and provide scientific training and updates to the Field Sales Force.
Territory: Sicila, Calabria and Basilicata regions
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, or Medicine).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an MSL or Medical Affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Your new team
You will become part of a team that is very scientifically prepared in clinical immunology that finds its strength in mutual help striving for excellence in all the activities in which the MSL is involved. You will be responsible for supporting clinical trials, scientific training and literature analysis. You will be an actor in all activities in the cross-functional team bringing the necessary scientific knowledge. You will have constant contacts, for activities, scientific training and clinical studies with the Medical Advisors and the Global Field Medical Team.
