We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer in Rome, with at least 6 months of experience in the quality sector, preferably in the defense sector, to join our team

The resource will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards on products and components, collaborating with design, production, and supply teams to guarantee adherence to industry regulations and specifications. - Monitor and verify compliance of products and components with technical specifications and defense sector regulations. - Conduct process and product audits, identifying any non-conformities and proposing corrective actions. - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and purchased components. - Support activities related to root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues. - Draft and maintain updated quality documents, such as reports, audits, and control sheets. - Participate in project and department meetings to share information and improve quality processes.

• Degree in Engineering (aerospace, aeronautical, or electronic).
• At least 6 months of experience in the quality sector within the defense field (essential requirement).
• Knowledge of the standards and regulations applicable to the defense sector (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, sector-specific regulations).
• Ability to use statistical analysis and quality control tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively across different corporate levels.
• Italian native speaker with good knowledge of the English language.
