We are looking for a brilliant resource to join the Hilti Finance Department and support the activities of our Share Service Center.

What You'll Do

  • You will manage accounting operations for multiple market organizations within our Shared Service Center.
  • You will perform compliant General Ledger processes, including month-end and year-end closing, fixed assets, GL master data, intercompany, tax, and maintain accurate ledgers for balance sheet and P&L analysis.
  • You will prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure consistency and correctness of bookings.
  • You will act as a sparring partner for Finance Business Partners, linking business decisions to accounting processes and improving General Ledger services.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Economics
  • Fluent English
  • Strong MS Excel and Office skills
  • 1+ year of accounting experience
  • Attention to detail and result orientation
