Technical Project Manager

Location: Bari

Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating the technology and product roadmap across SaaS platforms, AI/ML initiatives, and enterprise-level engineering. You'll lead multiple interconnected software development streams and work closely with engineering and product leadership to ensure smooth execution and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the AI/ML technology roadmap, including quarterly OKR planning, monthly reviews and business reporting.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to implement agile processes such as sprint planning, ticketing and retrospectives.
  • Manage public research and innovation funding programmes, including stakeholder relationships, compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate ongoing research collaboration with academic partners to ensure efficient transition of research outputs into product features.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a project leader within a SaaS or AI-focused organisation.
  • Experience with industrial research or publicly funded R&D programmes.
  • Strong background in managing large, complex agile initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Descrizione del Ruolo

La posizione ha la responsabilità di coordinare la roadmap tecnologica e di prodotto per soluzioni SaaS, iniziative AI/ML e piattaforme enterprise. Il ruolo prevede una gestione operativa di più flussi di sviluppo software connessi tra loro, collaborando con i team di tecnologia e prodotto per garantire un'integrazione efficace.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Supportare l'esecuzione della roadmap tecnologica AI/ML, includendo la pianificazione trimestrale degli OKR, i check-in mensili e i report trimestrali.
  • Collaborare con i responsabili di Engineering e Product per applicare processi agili (sprint planning, ticketing, retrospettive).
  • Gestire programmi pubblici di Ricerca & Innovazione, mantenendo i rapporti con gli enti istituzionali e curando compliance e reporting.
  • Coordinare la collaborazione con partner di ricerca per garantire una transizione fluida dei risultati scientifici in funzionalità di prodotto.
  • Promuovere una cultura di innovazione, collaborazione e responsabilità.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza comprovata come project leader in realtà SaaS o basate su AI.
  • Precedente esperienza in progetti di ricerca industriale o programmi R&D finanziati con fondi pubblici.
  • Solida esperienza nell'applicazione di metodologie agile su progetti complessi.
  • Ottime capacità di leadership, comunicazione e gestione stakeholder.
