Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc Advise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only). Manage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. Analyse and report on the Contractor's losses and expenses claims. Advise on the Contractor's entitlement to extensions of time in collaboration with project team. Analyse the Contractor's application(s) for extensions of time. Prepare documentation and/or provide advice to support proceedings: adjudication, mediation, arbitration, litigation, RFP, final Contract, Exhibits finalization, interim payment certification, etc. At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles and/or international companies. Excellent knowledge of English language (B2/C1) and a good level of Italian (B1/B2). Fidic Contract knowledge is a must. A degree in Engineering is a strong plus. A previous experience in the Data Center sector will be considered a strong plus. Ability to travel autonomously is a must. Strong oral and written communication skills. Available to travel domestically around 80% of the time. Frequent presence on-site will be requested. Projects are based in the Milan hinterland, mainly east and south of Milan.
