As Senior Footwear Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind shaping collections that fuse design, culture, and consumer needs into footwear that inspires self-expression and strengthens our Dolomite brand positioning. Your mission is to translate market insights, consumer feedback, and brand vision into product strategies that elevate the consumer experience and strengthen our market position.

You will act as the bridge between design, development, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure every product delivers commercial success, and long-term brand equity and drive cultural relevance.

The main activities:

Define seasonal product strategies in alignment with brand direction, market opportunities, and consumer trends with Head of Product.


• Build a balanced range architecture across franchises, categories, and price points to serve both global and regional needs.

• Champion consumer-centric product briefs that blend innovation, functionality, and brand storytelling.

• Drive lifecycle management from concept through go-to-market and end-of-life.

• Collaborate closely with Design, Development, and Operations to ensure timely execution and alignment with cost, quality, and sustainability goals.

• Oversee materials, colors, and finishes to ensure product storytelling and seasonal cohesion.

• Own pricing strategy and margin targets to meet profitability goals.

• Manage SKU efficiency and lifecycle planning across evergreen icons, limited editions, and seasonal updates.

• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to build compelling narratives around products, drops, and collaborations.

• Represent the collection in internal and external presentations, acting as the voice of the consumer and the brand.

• Monitor product performance in-market and optimize range efficiency, SKU productivity, and sell-through rates.

• Manage & continuously monitor product creation budgets in alignment with Head of Product and company objectives and provide expertise and training to regional markets to strengthen product knowledge and alignment.

Requirements:


•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) with connection to footwear/textile industry.

• 7+ years of product management experience in performance or lifestyle footwear, ideally with exposure to running, outdoor, or sports categories.

• Proven track record of managing full product creation cycles and launching successful collections globally.

• Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and performance requirements.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.

• Business acumen in margin management, pricing, and lifecycle planning.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence across functions and regions.

• Proficiency in PLM systems, MS Office, and comfort with digital collaboration tools.

• Consumer-centric mindset, with passion for innovation, performance, and lifestyle-driven products.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide cross-functional teams.

• Curious, hands-on, and solution-oriented personality.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).
