Scopo della posizione:

La risorsa che entra nel team acquisirà competenze in merito alla gestione della mobilità di breve e medio termine, supportando il team nella gestione dei clienti, con l'obiettivo di offrire soluzioni di mobilità alternative al noleggio a lungo termine o in continuità in tutti i casi di interruzione del servizio di noleggio a lungo termine (es. break down, fermo tecnico, furto, etc).

La figura avrà modo di apprendere anche la gestione e pianificazione delle prenotazioni dei veicoli, supportando la rete delle officine nelle attività di finalizzazione dei processi interessati.

Principali Responsabilità:

  • Collaborare al fine di assicurare una corretta e puntuale disponibilità dei veicoli;

  • Supportare il proprio responsabile nei check periodici necessari all'allineamento dei dati e/o alla fatturazione attiva e passiva;

  • Supportare nella gestione dei reclami e delle richieste di informazioni di competenza, nel rispetto delle SLA;

  • Supportare il proprio responsabile nel dare evidenza di criticità su segmenti auto specifici o copertura sul territorio;

  • Collaborare con l'area Mobility Fleet Management, per un'adeguata disponibilità delle auto in funzione delle richieste;

  • Supportare la gestione della flotta, al fine di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell'area e la continua soddisfazione del cliente anche supportando gli altri team dell'area;

  • Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio, proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.

Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche:

  • Diploma o laurea in materie scientifiche/umanistiche

  • Conoscenza del pacchetto office (Word e Excel)

  • Conoscenza e/o passione per il settore automotive

  • Capacità relazionali e comunicative

  • Problem solving
