The Palace Company Europe è alla ricerca di un/a Maintenance & Engineering Assistant da inserire all'interno del dipartimento di Maintenance & Engineering, nell'headquarter di Milano.

La figura collaborerà con il Maintenance & Engineering Director nel coordinamento, pianificazione e supervisione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e capex presso le strutture del gruppo in Europa, affiancandolo durante le visite periodiche presso le strutture, con lo scopo di monitorare lo stato di conservazione degli edifici e degli impianti (elettrici, idraulici, HVAC, antincendio, ecc.), e di assicurare il rispetto degli adempimenti amministrativi e normativi previsti, nonché degli standard di affidabilità e sicurezza.

RESPONSABILITÀ:

La figura supporterà il MED nel/la:

  • Monitoraggio e controllo delle attività previste dal piano di manutenzione ordinaria e preventiva;

  • Predisposizione di report e documenti specifici per la presentazione e successivo monitoraggio degli interventi Capex;

  • Redazione ed ottimizzazione delle procedure di manutenzione, archiviazione della documentazione e aggiornamento dei database/tool di gestione della compliance;

  • Monitoraggio e analisi dei consumi energetici delle strutture del gruppo e identificazione di piani di azione per un miglioramento continuo;

  • Gestione delle richieste di offerte, analisi/comparazione tecnica dei preventivi e relativa predisposizione di ordini di acquisto di beni e servizi;

  • Supporto remoto al personale tecnico della struttura in caso di necessità, pianificazione ed eventuale supervisione, quando previsto, di interventi specifici di manutenzione presso le singole strutture, al fine di assicurare il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi e di sicurezza.

REQUISITI:

  • Diploma tecnico (meccanico, elettrico, idraulico) o titolo equivalente; Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline affini costituisce un plus;

  • Esperienza pregressa di 1-2 anni nel settore o in un ruolo analogo (es. Facility Coordinator);

  • Conoscenza degli impianti tecnologici (es. HVAC, UTA, impianti elettrici MT/BT, antincendio, idrico sanitario);

  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità;

  • Attitudine al problem solving e approccio proattivo nella risoluzione delle criticità tecniche;

  • Attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla qualità del servizio;

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Pacchetto retributivo commisurato all'esperienza: RAL 35.000€-40.000€
