Mission
Maximize the ROI and efficiency of all paid acquisition channels while driving predictable, scalable pipeline growth across European markets. You'll take ownership of our paid media ecosystem, ensuring every campaign contributes directly to our mission of building a more inclusive internet.
Core Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
Plan, create, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging paid platforms.
Scale paid spend profitably while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC).
Own the full paid funnel — from impression to lead to SQL to revenue.
Implement rigorous A/B testing across creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
Continuously test new channels and acquisition tactics to expand reach and impact.
Analytics & Performance
Build and maintain dashboards that track full-funnel performance and ROI.
Implement precise UTM tracking and multi-touch attribution models.
Analyze user behavior and conversion data to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Optimize campaigns based on downstream metrics (SQL quality, pipeline contribution, revenue).
Deliver consistent, transparent reporting on performance against KPIs.
Budget & Forecasting
Manage quarterly budgets and allocate spend based on real-time performance data.
Forecast CPL, CAC, and revenue impact to guide strategic decision-making.
Develop scalable growth scenarios and identify opportunities for profitable expansion.
Support influencer partnerships, UGC campaigns, and affiliate programs as part of broader growth initiatives.
Collaboration
Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance.
Partner with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and optimize the paid-to-SQL handoff.
Collaborate closely with the Design and Content teams to develop and test high-performing creatives.
Your Profile
You're a data-driven marketer with a growth mindset — equally comfortable managing large-scale paid campaigns and experimenting with new acquisition channels. You thrive in fast-moving environments, balance analytical rigor with creative thinking, and know how to transform marketing investments into measurable business results.
Experience & Skills
4+ years in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
Deep experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns across multiple regions.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Excel/Sheets.
Experience with attribution modeling, conversion optimization, and funnel analysis.
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Familiarity with influencer, UGC, or affiliate marketing a strong plus.
Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads certifications are an advantage.
