Executive Assistant to Global Head of Brands and Strategy

Key Activities & Responsibilities
Provides administrative support and assistance to the Head of Brands and Strategy by:

• Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials, conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents;
• Managing travel arrangements and filing expense reports;
• Arranging and coordinating meetings and events, both internal and off-site, taking care of both content and logistics;
• Participating in meetings, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions;
• Maintaining calendar;
• Managing company correspondence;
• Managing personal deadlines;
• Monitoring, responding to and distributing incoming communications, answering and managing incoming calls;
• Managing incoming invoices, interacting with both external suppliers and the internal accounting department;
• Supporting specific projects as required.

Education And Professional Experience

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Experience in providing support at the executive level
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• English language knowledge
