People department
and contribute to the company's growth? Our
Talent Acquisition team
is looking for someone to join us for an initial
6-month internship
to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals for the coming years.

You'll become part of a
global team
, collaborating with colleagues from all our countries, with a specific focus on
recruiting activities for all three of our countries
. You'll work in a team dedicated to company growth and contribute to hiring new Prima People.

Selected candidates will be
guided and trained
by our experts to acquire the skills needed to manage a full recruitment process, from the initial job description definition to hiring the ideal person for each role.

Excited to make an impact? Here's what you'll be working on:
What You'll Do

  • Take part in defining and updating our job descriptions;
  • Handle the screening of incoming applications;
  • Conduct active headhunting on LinkedIn;
  • Participate in interviews;
  • Collaborate on the management and improvement of our recruitment processes;
  • Support candidates throughout their selection experience;
  • Assist with data-driven analyses and reporting that support our strategies;
  • Contribute to projects and campaigns when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Italian and English;
  • Proactivity and results orientation;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice-to-have

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Knowledge and familiarity with key HR topics;
  • Proficiency in Spanish;
  • Customer-oriented mindset.

What We're Offering
The internship will last 6 months, with the possibility of extension. It offers a monthly compensation of €1,000 and meal vouchers worth €8 per working day, applicable both when working from home and in the office.
