Responsabilità del ruolo

  • Gestione approvvigionamenti e fornitori
  • Pianificazione degli acquisti di materie prime e materiali.
  • Negoziazione contratti, analisi prezzi, qualità e performance.
  • Valutazione fornitori secondo criteri di affidabilità, sostenibilità ed etica.
  • Pianificazione e controllo della supply chain
  • Coordinamento dei flussi logistici inbound/outbound.
  • Ottimizzazione delle fasi di approvvigionamento, produzione e distribuzione.
  • Definizione e implementazione di strategie per migliorare tempi, costi e qualità.
  • Gestione e organizzazione del magazzino
  • Supervisione dei processi di stoccaggio, picking e movimentazione.
  • Pianificazione layout, percorsi e sistemi di gestione.
  • Monitoraggio giacenze, valorizzazione magazzino e verifica volumi.
  • Analisi delle performance e miglioramento processi
  • Definizione e monitoraggio KPI logistici e operativi.
  • Analisi costi, tempi e efficienza tramite strumenti software dedicati.
  • Individuazione criticità e proposta di soluzioni migliorative.
  • Gestione del team logistico
  • Coordinamento e sviluppo delle risorse interne.
  • Promozione di un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato al risultato.
  • Coordinamento spedizioni e trasporti
  • Pianificazione delle consegne e dei trasporti ai clienti.
  • Gestione rapporti con vettori e negoziazione contratti di trasporto.
  • Ottimizzazione dei percorsi e consolidamento spedizioni.
  • Risk Management
  • Previsione possibili interruzioni della supply chain.
  • Valutazione domanda/offerta e gestione scorte critiche.
  • Implementazione di piani preventivi per garantire continuità operativa.

  • Adozione di tecnologie digitali e strumenti innovativi per migliorare la tracciabilità e l'efficienza dei processi.
