Sarai inserito all'interno del dipartimento di Cilvil Buildings Project Management presso lo Stabilimento di Robbiano di Mediglia (MI) e ti occuperai di collaborare e gestire progetti civili in ambito industriale sul territorio nazionale ed europeo.

Principali attività

  • Valutare la fattibilità (layout, costruzione, ristrutturazione) di siti produttivi, magazzini ed uffici, definendo i budget preliminari.
  • Coordinare le attività di progettazione architettonica, meccanica, elettrica ed idraulica, partecipando agli incontri con le figure coinvolte nel progetto (ingegneri, architetti ed imprese).
  • Elaborare e aggiornare tavole tecniche, layout e schemi esecutivi utilizzando software di disegno (CAD), garantendo accuratezza e coerenza con gli standard progettuali.
  • Supervisionare le pratiche autorizzative e gli iter amministrativi in conformità con le normative.
  • Effettuare sopralluoghi per garantire la conformità ai progetti, gli standard e le tempistiche.
  • Valutare le offerte dei fornitori rispettando i protocolli di sicurezza, lo standard tecnico e le norme edilizie (comparazioni, selezione, analisi dei prezzi).
  • Monitorare la qualità del risultato e l'aderenza agli standard di design aziendali.

COMPETENZE RICHIESTE

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile/Edile.
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale, preferibilmente presso aziende o studi che collaborano con realtà industriali.
  • Ottima conoscenza sia scritta che parlata dell'inglese; opzionale anche una seconda lingua (francese/spagnolo).
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie di costruzione, dei codici edilizi e delle normative sulla sicurezza nel contesto europeo.
  • Competenza nella lettura e interpretazione di documenti tecnici.
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto office, Autocad e software di progettazione.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed europeo.
  • Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative, a più livelli organizzativi e con diversi interlocutori.
  • Completano il profilo: capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, sia in autonomia che in team e problem solving.
