Scope

ll/La Business Analytics Specialist di HUB supporta la crescita del business attraverso insight tempestivi e data‑driven, sfruttando strumenti digitali avanzati per sviluppare analisi e soluzioni che orientano le decisioni strategiche. Contribuisce in modo determinante all'evoluzione della Long Acting Power House, assicurando l'adozione di metriche evolutive di performance e attività che guidano la transizione verso il nuovo paradigma terapeutico.

In this role, You will:

• Esegue analisi end‑to‑end (performance, competitività, attività) per generare insight utili alla pianificazione e alle decisioni strategiche, contribuendo alla definizione dei KPIs e al loro monitoraggio
• Sfrutta in modo avanzato gli strumenti digitali disponibili per progettare dashboard evolutive, capaci di guidare le decisioni strategiche delle funzioni aziendali e anticiparne i bisogni informativi.
• È responsabile del coordinamento con la struttura di BaaS per l'implementazione, il delivery e l'aggiornamento della reportistica aziendale.

• Opera in evoluzione con il VeeVa CRM (attuale VeeVa Vault) garantendo qualità del dato, governance degli standard e consistenza delle metriche.
• Supporta HQ e Field Force nell'utilizzo efficace della piattaforma, garantendo qualità di rapportazione e facilitando una lettura integrata delle attività.
• Identifica opportunità derivanti dalla piattaforma come automation, tagging, KPI interattivi e data quality improvement.

• Definisce, aggiorna e gestisce il modello di segmentazione e targeting coerentemente con l'evoluzione del modello di Strategic Account Management.
• Sviluppa criteri e metodologie innovative per definire potenziale, frequency, digital attitude e priorità dei centri.
• Collabora con Field Force, Pathway Solution Manager e Medical per assicurare focus sui segmenti e gli account più rilevanti e ad alto valore.
• Supporta la pianificazione territoriale integrando dati epidemiologici, di mercato e CRM.

• Supporta nella definizione dei KPI dei Sales Incentive, assicurando che riflettano le priorità strategiche del business, e sviluppa dashboard che consentano ai team di monitorare la performance in modo rapido e proattivo.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Healthcare o Farmacia.
• Necessaria Esperienza con database complessi e piattaforme CRM.
• Familiarità con metodologie di segmentation & targeting e data governance.
• Conoscenza avanzata di Office (in particolare Excel).
• Inglese avanzato.
• Conoscenza del contesto farmaceutico e dei modelli commerciali omnicanale
• Preferibile esperienza in aziende farmaceutiche o contesti data‑driven.
