Situato lungo la riva occidentale con vista sulle montagne di Bellagio, The Lake Como EDITION combina un design sorprendente ed il calore italiano con un'esperienza di lusso sofisticata. Camere e suite con vista sul lago, ristoranti e bar interni ed esterni, una piscina galleggiante unica ed un santuario SPA offrono una fuga indimenticabile.
DESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONE
La risorsa sarà responsabile di garantire che camere, aree comuni e piscine rispettino gli standard di qualità e pulizia. Si occuperà di controllare lo stato delle camere, gestire eventuali discrepanze, aggiornare le assegnazioni e coordinare le attività con gli altri dipartimenti dell'hotel.
Responsabilità principali:
- Ispezionare camere, aree comuni e piscina dopo la pulizia per garantire gli standard di qualità.
- Coordinare le attività tra Housekeeping, Manutenzione, Front Office e Lavanderia.
- Garantire il rispetto delle politiche di sicurezza e segnalare eventuali problemi o incidenti.
- Offrire un servizio eccellente agli ospiti, anticipando le loro esigenze e risolvendo eventuali richieste.
Competenze richieste:
- Capacità di leadership e gestione di team.
- Attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla qualità.
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo organizzato e sotto pressione.
- Conoscenza base dei sistemi informatici per aggiornamento stato camere e reportistica.
Qualifiche preferenziali:
Esperienza: Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in ruolo simile e 1 anno in posizione di supervisione.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
