We are looking for a wiring harness value stream engineer with strong analytical and cross-functional skills, capable of driving warranty cost reduction, process optimization, and predictive quality initiatives across Stellantis EMEA plants.
The candidate will join the value stream team, contributing to the development of data-driven strategies and innovative methodologies to anticipate and prevent quality issues before they reach the customer.
The primary mission of the role is to coordinate the Total Warranty Spending activity, ensuring systematic monitoring of cost drivers and leading cross-functional improvement actions.
The engineer will play a key role in translating warranty data into actionable insights, strengthening collaboration between Design, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to implement robust, sustainable solutions.
In addition, the candidate will lead Gemba Walks and Plant Academy programs aimed at enhancing process robustness, standardization, and technical know-how within the EMEA manufacturing network.
Main activities:
- Coordinate Total Warranty Spending, analyzing trends, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
-Lead failure mode identification and corrective action follow-up, promoting transversal alignment across brands, plants, and product lines.
-Represent the Value Stream team for Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, and LCV programs, ensuring alignment between Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Plant teams.
-Lead Gemba Walks and Plant Academy initiatives to reinforce process robustness, operational standardization, and continuous improvement culture.
-Develop and deploy AI-based and predictive quality tools, integrating data from warranty, production, and design systems to anticipate risks and optimize detection capability.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate warranty and field data into engineering feedback.
-Support the definition of proactive quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of wiring harness reliability and performance.

Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
•Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, quality KPIs.
•Familiarity with Total Warranty Spending initiatives, failure mode analysis, and corrective action management.
•Strong communication and coordination skills.
•Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
•Master's degree in Engineering.
•Previous experience in Quality roles within the automotive or manufacturing environment.
•Experience in developing or deploying AI-based or predictive quality tools.
•Knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Gemba Walks, problem-solving tools, root cause analysis
•Proven experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
