Descrizione
Responsabilità:
- Gestione prenotazioni tramite email, telefono, OTA e partner internazionali.
- Assistenza clienti pre e post tour, con informazioni chiare su meeting point, orari e servizi inclusi.
- Coordinamento operativo quotidiano: assegnazione guide/autisti, aggiornamento liste, controllo disponibilità.
- Monitoraggio dei tour in corso e gestione di eventuali imprevisti.
- Aggiornamento dei sistemi di booking e dei calendari operativi.
- Gestione di cancellazioni, no‑show e richieste speciali.
- Collaborazione con il team per ottimizzare vendite e qualità del servizio.
Profilo del Candidato
Requisiti:
- Pregressa esperienza in ruoli simili nel turismo o hospitality.
- Ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese; altre lingue sono un plus.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione, soprattutto in alta stagione.
- Ottime doti comunicative e problem solving.
- Familiarità con piattaforme di booking e strumenti digitali.
- Conoscenza del territorio (Sorrento, Costiera Amalfitana, Capri, Napoli, Pompei).
