Job Description

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della Funzione Formazione ed avrà l'opportunità di affiancare i referenti dell'area nelle attività quotidiane di gestione dei training aziendali, sia nazionali che internazionali.

Attività principali:

Supporto alla Formazione Organizzativa

  • Collaborazione con la Responsabile della Formazione nella gestione e pianificazione delle attività formative nazionali e internazionali;
  • Inserimento e aggiornamento dei corsi sul gestionale corporate dedicato alla tracciatura della formazione all'interno del gruppo Bosch;
  • Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento dei corsi e supporto nella reportistica.

Supporto alla Formazione Tecnologica

  • Supporto al Responsabile della Formazione Tecnologica nella gestione dei contatti con i docenti e nella pianificazione delle attività formative;
  • Preparazione dei materiali didattici e delle survey di valutazione;
  • Raccolta e analisi dei feedback per la valutazione del gradimento;
  • Supporto nelle attività amministrative e nella fase di fatturazione.

Il ruolo prevede un coinvolgimento trasversale anche nelle iniziative di brand awareness ed employer branding se previste.

Qualifications

  • Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea triennale (anche in fase in conseguimento);
  • Interesse per i temi della formazione;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint);
  • Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese minimo B2;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione e predisposizione al lavoro in team.

  • Retribuzione di 700 euro lordi e mensa aziendale;
