Your mission

A few examples of your daily tasks

  • Run credit checks on client companies (reliability, financial statements, rating, payment history).
  • Analyze and validate the economic and financial solidity of potential clients prior to the signing of contracts submitted by Business Developers.
  • Support the definition of credit limits and contractual conditions, negotiating deviations from standard terms.
  • Manage processes for operational leasing, financing, and related insurance.
  • Monitor risk exposure and update internal reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate B2B credit recovery activities, in collaboration with the legal and administrative departments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control processes and corporate compliance policies

Is this you?

  • 3–5 years in Credit Management, Risk Analysis, or B2B Credit Recovery.
  • Background in Banking, Finance or Insurance.
  • Strong skills in financial statement analysis, credit databases and contracts reviews.
  • Confident with Excel, credit platforms, and data interpretation.
  • English and Italian: fluent in both worlds.
  • Passionate about your job
  • Willing to learn and go the extra mile if needed
  • Ready to make mistakes and improve by doing them
  • Team-work and goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently with high problem solving skills
  • Down to earth and open to take a step back if needed
