Job Description

Systematica, a leading Milan-based transport planning and mobility engineering consultancy with subsidiary offices in Mumbai and New York, is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Content & Social Media Specialist
to join our dynamic and growing team in Milan or Rome.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering
offline and digital communication
and
public relations
activities for Systematica and its research foundation,
Transform Transport
. This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity and purpose in an interdisciplinary, international, and impact-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Write copy for news posts, project pages, and communication materials
  • Collaborate closely with the designer to ensure consistency between copy and visuals
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels to foster engagement
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the editorial calendar
  • Support the revision and editing of press releases

Technical Skills

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in storytelling

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work collaboratively
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team
  • Interest in
    urban planning
    ,
    sustainable mobility
    , and the
    design of public spaces

Education
: Degree in marketing, communications or a related field

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications

Languages
: Full proficiency in
Italian
and
English
(spoken and written); knowledge of any other language is a plus
