, a global leader in solar tracker technology, is looking for a hands-on
Marketing & Communication Specialist
to support execution across EMEA marketing activities.

This role is designed to
enable delivery
: supporting content creation, digital communication, events, and media relations, while working closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager on priorities, messaging, and coordination.

The position requires strong execution skills, digital fluency, and the ability to work across multiple countries, markets, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Content & digital communication

  • Support the creation and execution of
    LinkedIn content
    (copy adaptation, scheduling, basic analytics)
  • Assist in drafting and editing
    marketing copy
    (news, posts, articles, newsletters, presentations)
  • Leverage
    digital and AI-enabled
    workflows to streamline content production, localization, and approvals while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Coordinate content uploads and asset management across
    shared collaboration platforms.

Media & editorial support

  • Support relationships with
    trade media, journalists, and editorial partners
  • Assist in preparing
    press releases, editorial articles, and media materials
  • Coordinate inputs, approvals, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external media
  • Maintain visibility on editorial calendars, deadlines, and publication opportunities

Events & exhibitions

  • Support EMEA
    trade shows, conferences, and customer events
  • Assist with event preparation (materials, presentations, invitations, coordination)
  • Support on-site activities
  • Coordinate post-event follow-ups and content usage (presentations, photos, recap materials)

Newsletter & campaign execution

  • Support the execution of
    email campaigns and newsletters
    (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar platforms)
  • Manage lists, scheduling, and basic reporting
  • Support alignment between campaigns, events, and content planning

Coordination & execution support

  • Act as an execution partner for the EMEA Marketing Manager across ongoing initiatives
  • Support cross-country coordination to ensure consistency and timely delivery
  • Help bring structure, order, and follow-through across multiple parallel activities

Required skills & experience

  • 1+ years of experience in
    marketing, communication, or digital roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required); additional languages a plus
  • Practical experience with:
  • LinkedIn execution
  • Content writing and editing
  • Basic graphic tools (PowerPoint, InDesign; PDF editing)
  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice to have

  • Exposure to or interest in infrastructure-driven, industrial, or energy B2B environments
  • Basic exposure to digital marketing topics such as website SEO, analytics, or Google Ads

Additional requirements

  • Availability to travel
    occasionally across EMEA for events and meetings
  • Comfortable working in an international, matrix organization
  • Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented mindset

Employment type:
Fixed-term contract through a staffing/employment agency.
