BAR MANAGER – SUPERVISORE CAFFETTERIE & PASTICCERIE

Per il lancio e lo sviluppo del nostro nuovo format di caffetterie/pasticcerie, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Bar Manager che avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare e coordinare tutte le sedi, garantendo coerenza del format, qualità del servizio e risultati economici.

Responsabilità

  • Supervisione operativa di tutte le caffetterie/pasticcerie del gruppo
  • Implementazione e controllo degli standard di qualità (caffetteria, pasticceria, servizio e layout)
  • Coordinamento, formazione e supporto ai responsabili di punto vendita
  • Monitoraggio delle performance (vendite, costi, margini, KPI)
  • Ottimizzazione dei processi operativi e organizzativi
  • Supporto alle nuove aperture e allo sviluppo del format
  • Collaborazione con la direzione per strategie di crescita e posizionamento del brand

Requisiti

  • Esperienza significativa nel ruolo di Bar Manager, Area Manager o posizione analoga nel settore food & beverage
  • Solida conoscenza del mondo caffetteria e pasticceria
  • Capacità di leadership, organizzazione e gestione dei team
  • Orientamento ai risultati e attenzione al dettaglio
  • Flessibilità e disponibilità a spostamenti tra le sedi
  • Passione per l'ospitalità e per la costruzione di format strutturati
