JOB POSITION: Operation Manager – Software House

_ Il ruolo_

Stiamo cercando un/una Area Manager per guidare uno dei nostri quattro team di operations e sviluppo, lavorando in stretta sinergia con il Delivery Management per garantire risultati di alto impatto.

Le tue responsabilità

  • Coordinare e supervisionare il team di operations e sviluppo, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, qualità e obiettivi aziendali
  • Favorire la collaborazione e la comunicazione tra team operativi, di sviluppo e delivery
  • Individuare aree di miglioramento nei processi e implementare strategie innovative
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento dei progetti, intervenendo proattivamente su eventuali criticità
  • Contribuire alla definizione delle strategie aziendali attraverso l'analisi delle performance
  • Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro positivo, supportando e motivando il team nella crescita professionale

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di 2–3 anni come Coordinatore e/o Manager, preferibilmente in ambito tecnologico o software
  • Spiccate capacità di leadership, organizzazione e gestione del tempo
  • Ottime doti comunicative e approccio collaborativo orientato al problem solving
  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o affini (gradita ma non obbligatoria)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
