Warehouse Specialist
to help reinforce operational flow at the 3PL Logistics Warehouse in
Bolzano, Italy
as part of our milestone collaboration
BIZ by FERCAM (BBF S.R.L).
This role is suitable for candidates with 2-3 years hands-on warehouse experience looking to build their career in a modern fulfillment facility at a central area of Bolzano.
The working schedule is
full-time, on-site
.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and execution of inbound goods
- Conduct picking, sorting, packing, stock replenishment and preparation for dispatch
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment
- Ensure warehouse tidiness, order and safety compliance
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support accuracy and efficiency
- Report operational tasks and collaborate with management to resolve issues
Candidate Profile
- Prior exposure to e-commerce fulfillment considered an advantage
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Competent speaker of the English and Italian languages
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse software (ERP/WMS)
- Relevant vocational or technical training preferred
- Awareness of warehouse safety protocols
- Competent driving a Forklift
