Business Project Management & Implementation structure has the following key responsibilities:
- Perform project management activities related to strategic and transformational themes for the Company and the other entities covered by outsourcing contracts
- Definition of Project lifecycle in term of governance, planning, organization, and monitoring activities and budget requirements
- Engage the relevant stakeholders in the projects, assess the project risks and coordinate the change management process
- Support Head of Operations in strategic initiatives
The team is organized as follow:
- Business Project Management: performs project management activities on strategic topics for the Company & coordinates collection of innovative solutions and technologies liaising then with "IT & Innovation" function for implementation
- Business Implementation: coordinates all initiatives related to the operating platforms, including the development of new processes, new business solution and the Internal modification of existing ones & coordinates the change management request related to the operating platform
The ideal candidate will work on the business implementation activities and will be responsible for:
- Supporting the relevant stakeholders involved in the project
- Defining the project governance
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities and budget requirements according to the identified target operating model
- Ensuring the achievement of project targets within the defined deadlines and implementing relevant escalation processes in case of deviations, proposing solutions and action plans
- Lead functional analysis on operations & IT processes in order to contribute to the definition of new developments
- Preparing the relevant supporting documents through the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Master's Degree in fields such as Economics and Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services/ Asset management industry or in top tier consultancy firms with focus on Financial Services/ Asset Management
- Italian and Fluent English are minimum requirements, additional languages (French/ German) will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of operations & IT processes in the asset management industry
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ownership and accountability for project deliverables
- Ability to work with different stakeholders
