Increased efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes2. Reduced time spent on paperwork and management of procurements3. Improved communication and collaboration with suppliers and buyersResponsibilities:• Selection of suppliers• Provide vendor and Subcontract sourcing and pricing for Requests for Quotes (RFQ's)• Analyze and evaluate vendor offers, proposals, contracts of Indirect Material and Purchased Parts• Carrying out of contract negotiations• Performance of cost-price analysis• Develop and implement cost savings projects and financial forecasting - KPI• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical world (is a plus)• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts• Create and manage all PosAbout you:- Degree in disciplines such as economics, engineering, business administration, or supply chain management.- 3 + of experience in Purchasing processes and negotiation in Capex context- Strong negotiation skills- Strong knowledge of RFI/RFP/RFQ processes- Strong database and computer skills- Expert in IT tools and system (Ariba, SAP, ERP, MRP, MS Office)- Exemplary written and verbal communication- Strong diplomatic and collaboration skills- Good Leadership and teamwork- Demonstrates strong self-efficacy and ability to take initiative in problem solving- Keeps an entrepreneurial mindset, deep curiosity and a passion for learning & growth- Experience in process improvement- Good English knowledgeJob details:Location: MonzaStart date: March/AprilNext StepsSomeone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initialHR interview.If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate yourtechnical knowledge.In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a lastqualification meetingwith the Client.If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss ourproposalwith you.
