position is dedicated to providing efficient, reliable, and guest-conscious waste management services across the property.Refuse Removal Technicians are responsible for collecting, transporting, and disposing of trash and recyclables, ensuring all public and back-of-house areas remain clean, safe, and sanitary.This role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining high cleanliness standards and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.**What You Will Do:*** Perform routine and on-demand trash and recycling collection from assigned areas throughout the property, ensuring timely removal and proper disposal.* Maintain cleanliness of all waste collection points, including replacing liners, cleaning and sanitizing bins, and keeping refuse areas free of debris or odors.* Support team members by responding quickly to waste-related needs during peak activity times, special events, or unexpected service demands.* Complete opening and closing duties such as inspecting waste stations, confirming that trash disposal equipment is functioning properly, and ensuring all assigned areas meet sanitation standards.* And more**What You Bring:*** Previous experience in waste management, janitorial work, groundskeeping, facilities support, or another physical labor environment is preferred.* A strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.* Dependability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to keeping the property clean and safe.* The ideal candidate will have a positive, hardworking attitude and a willingness to take on any task that supports cleanliness and guest satisfaction.* Position requires continuous walking, standing, and lifting, including the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and safely move heavy refuse containers.* Fluency in English is required for this location, and this job requires applicants to have current work
