We are looking for a motivatedContinuous Improvement and Process Optimization Traineeto join our team.Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager and the Process Optimization Manager, you will contribute to enhancing industrial performance by defining operational standards, driving improvements, and supporting AMCO plant routines.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a5S systemandvisual management toolsMonitor and analyzekey performance indicators (KPIs)Participate inSMED activitiesContribute tocost-saving project managementSupport thecleaning optimization projectWork onAMCO tag definitionAssist theROP Managerin improving quality KPIsDeliver assigned taskswithin the expected timelinesWhat We're Looking ForProficiency inFrench or English(at least one is required)Strongcommunication skills, with the ability to collaborate with production, warehouse, and maintenance teamsProactive mindsetand creativity to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutionsGood knowledge of theMicrosoft Office suiteEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields:Industrial Production EngineeringFood TechnologiesManagement EngineeringOther Engineering disciplines
