Job Description General legal support with a focus on company housekeeping of Group companies, contract management and legal operations.ResponsibilitiesIndividual accountabilities- Maintain and organize the central legal document repository.- Assist with drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and templates.- Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on legal obligations.- Contribute to digitalization of legal processes and tools.Shared Accountabilities- Support company housekeeping tasks for Group entities (e.g., collecting signatures, filings, corporate records).- Contribute to legal operations initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and reporting.- Support digitalization of legal workflows and tools.Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders- General Counsel, and Legal Team- Purchasing, sales and business operations teams- ITQualifications- 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.- Strong organizational and documentation skills; structured and detail-oriented.- Interest and aptitude in legal operations and digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, CLM systems).- Fluent in English (minimum CEFR B2/C1).- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
