As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.About BYD BYD is one of the world's leading manufacturers of new energy vehicles (NEVs), dedicated to driving sustainable mobility solutions across global markets.In Europe, BYD is expanding rapidly and building innovative financing and leasing solutions to support our customers, dealers, and strategic partners.Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Finance Manager to support BYD's finance and leasing activities in a specific European market.This role focuses on developing, coordinating, and implementing local retail, captive leasing and any other finance solutions in close cooperation with local internal teams and external partners (banks, leasing companies, and dealers, etc. ).The position requires strong financial acumen, experience in auto finance/leasing, and excellent stakeholder management skills to support BYD's business growth in the local market.Key Responsibilities: Auto Finance / Captive Lease Work with local finance, sales, aftersales and legal teams to develop and roll out finance programs.Design and manage retail and business finance products (leasing, loans, balloon, etc.) to support BYD's sales targets.Partner with banks and leasing companies to optimise offers, pricing and customer experience.Track portfolio performance (penetration, margin, risk) and report insights to management.Wholesale additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Dutch) are an advantage.Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in auto finance/leasing in the local market.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment, and to manage multiple projects.What we offer: Competitive compensation based on experience and performance.Health insurance (Metasalute) and meal vouchers.Company-wide and department teambuilding events.The opportunity to contribute to Europe's transition to zero-emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy.Our Purpose We are building a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.Join a diverse and dynamic team that strives to make a positive impact on the environment and society.??
