Supplier Quality EngineerTheSupplier Quality Engineeris responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of supplies from an assigned group of suppliers. This role covers the entire process—from initial supplier assessment and production approval to managing non-conformities and evaluating supplier performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the supplier qualification process, including initial assessment and production approval;Manage non-conformities (NC) and implement corrective actions;Conduct final performance evaluations of suppliers;Handle simple commodities and address non-complex quality issues;Regularly visitsuppliers both in Italy and abroad;Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards;Support the development and implementation of supplier improvement plans;Monitor performance metrics and contribute to cost optimization initiatives;Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to supplier activities.Education and Experience Requirements (Mandatory):Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering;Strong interestin supplier quality management and continuous improvement;Ability to workcollaboratively and learn from experienced colleagues;Problem-solvingmindset with attention to detail;Good communication and organizational skills;This position doesnot require prior work experience.
