OverviewCompany OverviewStellantis is a leading global automaker and mobility provider that offers clean, connected, affordable and safe mobility solutions.Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.Our ambitious electrification and software strategies and the creation of an innovative ecosystem of strategic, game-changing partnerships are driving our transformation to a sustainable mobility tech company.The driving force behind us is the diverse and talented group of men and women around the world who bring their passion and experience to their work every day.And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work.Job DescriptionBSG (Belt-Starter-Generator) components are used in 48V architecture for engine cranking, energy recovery and boosting.These systems are relevant for enhancing engine performance, efficiency, and improved emission.The BSG\'s ACE is responsible to support the eDrive Chief Engineer in coordinating the program execution and the deliverables in coherence with timing and content targets.Ensure the achievement of all the program\'s KPIs in terms of cost, timing, efficiency, performances, NVH, EMC, safety and compliance in the BSG perimeter.ResponsibilitiesOversight the development and production release of the assigned system: hardware and SW readiness, mechanical and electrical integration, build, validation, ED&D, DVPR, Change Management, etcInter functional coordination of technical departments involved in project target achievementTechnical Interface to Propulsion System Chief Engineer, Vehicle Integration, Purchasing, EE, Controls, Calibration, Compliance and Homologation, Quality, Suppliers, Manufacturing Engineering and PlantsEnsure process and methods application according to Standards and lead project documentation creation and updating.Leads the readiness and delivery of prototypes & production batches according the vehicle program requirementsReview, approve and track the System DVP&R and supports the development of the sub components DVP&RsCo-leads proactive Risk Management tasks with Functional Quality Team (i.e. DFMEAs, DFSS, LUR, Reliability Demonstration) and track/lead resolution of all GIMsLeads the technical reviews/evaluations and technical specification sign-offs.(Critical Design Reviews); ensure best practices and lesson learned applicationLeads the technical responses to investigate/action bulletins that relate to the system technology.Coordinate release of technical documentation to support approval of Compliance Procedure and Reports approval; support released of product book updated and Global Product Specification documentsProfileRequirementsMaster degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical engineering preferable);2 years minimum experience in automotive field (focus in electrical or hybrid vehicles development preferable);Strong propensity for teamwork, supporting colleagues when needed and proactively.Good skills of synthesis, planning, organization and initiative.Strong skill in effective verbal and written communication.Excellent/advanced knowledge of written/spoken English is requiredPreferred QualificationsDeep knowledge of xHEV/BEV vehicle application.Deep knowledge of electric drive systemsDeep knowledge of PSDP standards and KPIAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.Diverse teams will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers and care for our future.By submitting your application, you are accepting our privacy notice:
