Are you ready for new challenges and new opportunities?Join our teamCurrent job opportunities are posted here as they become available.Subscribe to our RSS feeds to receive instant updates as new positions become available.We are a Medical Service Provider based out of Lodi.We are open for business, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.The dispatch position is rotated between our other dispatchers so that no one works too many consecutive days during the week.Our dispatchers take intake calls, receiving facility and patient details and then send out the appropriate nurse to service those facilities.Full time - Rotating shiftShifts7a-4p9a-6p11a-8p3p-midnightEssential FunctionsAnswer calls and intake patient informationFollow strict HIPAA guidelinesRetrieve information regarding facility and service neededSend calls out to the appropriate nurse.Track ETA's, actual time or arrival, and completion of service of nurses in the fieldOffice duties such as filing, faxing, scanning ect.Required QualitiesCustomer/Client FocusAbility to multitaskFlexibility in the workplace is a mustBe able to work independentlyWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsThis is a largely sedentary role, however some filing is required.This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkFull-time.Hours will vary, rotating shift is mandatory in this role.(8 hour work days)Required Education & ExperienceHigh school diplomaAt least 1 year office experience preferred#J-*****-Ljbffr
