Join to apply for the Project Controller role at STACK InfrastructureWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our STACK team in Milan.In this role, you will be responsible for controlling the financial aspects of STACK Italy hyperscale construction projects, and monitoring financial risks related to the supply chain.What You'll DoBudget and cost report reviewCash flow review and equity request supportTrack and control of project expenditures against approved budgets and defined scopeMaintain accurate tracking of budget approvals and scope adjustmentsForecasting and reporting of land acquisition costsControlling and reporting of due diligence costsPreparation of periodic financial reports to stakeholdersControlling of project data accuracy in reporting systemsConduct financial assessments of key suppliers during the tendering processReview of tender recommendation reports and payment plansIdentify and communicate potential financial risks throughout the project lifecyclePerform annual financial evaluations of critical suppliersFollow up of required securities from supply chainEnsure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and financial controlsActively participate in project and development meetings to monitor progress and assess financial impactsDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the project controlling function to enhance efficiency and reporting qualitySkills and QualificationsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesSharp analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindsetSelf-motivated and effective both independently and collaborativelyCommitment to continuous learning and improvementConfidence to constructively challenge internal teams and external partnersStrong knowledge of construction or property development costs and forecastingSolid understanding of financial risk management principlesProficiency with IT tools, especially advanced MS Excel/OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience as a Controller in the data centre, property development, or construction sectorsEducationMaster's degree in economics, Finance, or Business AdministrationThis role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work per week.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionGeneral Business and FinanceIndustriesTelecommunications, IT Services and IT Consulting, and IT System Data Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
