Carlson Wagonlit Travelè un leader global specializzato nella gestione dei viaggi d'affari.Siamo circa ****** persone del mondo di 100 diverse nazionalità e collaboriamo in ben 150 Paesi.Oggi siamo alla ricerca di nuovi talenti appassionati all'ambito Business Travel, interessati ad una esperienza in un contesto multiculturale e che abbiano voglia di mettersi in gioco entrando a fare parte del nostro Team CWT a Roma come Product & Optimization specialist.Obiettivi/ResponsabilitàNel nostroteam a Roma, riceverai una formazione strutturata che ti permetterà di contribuire all'elaborazione e gestione di un grande progetto.Le tue principali responsabilità saranno:Fornire supporto ai program managers e ai clienti corporate per l'implementazione dei prodotti online (Self booking tool e online travel tool)Rispettare gli SLA e le procedure aziendaliCooperare all'interno del team per raggiungere gli obiettivi comuni e i target stabiliti dall'aziendaFornire assistenza per l'implementazione e sviluppo dei prodotti CWT e di online booking toolsEsperienza nel settore del Business travel / turismoBuona conoscenza del pachetto office (in particolare Excel)Inglese intermedio (conversazione telefonica, lettura e scrittura)Capacità di relazionarsi in ambito multiculturaleFlessibilità e pro attività e volontà di crescere#J-*****-Ljbffr
