Grafton, a global brand specialized in Professional Recruitment, is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing make-up company based in Naples for a Product Manager to be based on site at the company's headquarters.Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Product Manager will be responsible for the development and management of the make-up product portfolio, overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch.OverviewResponsible for driving product strategy and execution across the make-up portfolio, from ideation through commercial launch and lifecycle management.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze market trends, consumer insights and the competitive landscape within the beauty and make-up sectorLead new product development, defining product features, formulas, packaging and positioningCoordinate cross-functionally with R&D, suppliers, packaging, operations and marketing teamsManage product launches and support communication and trade marketing initiativesMonitor product performance through KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out and profitabilityConduct national and international competitor analysisRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or related fieldsAt least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in make-up, cosmetics or beautyStrong product sensitivity and passion for beauty trendsExcellent analytical, organizational and project management skillsGood command of the English languageAvailability to work on-site in NaplesPrevious experience in color cosmetics or make-up brandsExposure to fast-paced or "fast beauty" product development environmentsA creative mindset combined with a data-driven approachWhat the Company OffersPermanent contractDynamic, creative and rapidly growing environmentStrategic role with direct impact on brand and product developmentCompetitive compensation package, aligned with experienceSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct ManagementIndustries: Personal Care Product ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Grafton Recruitment by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
