Il Team Sales & Marketing di Randstad Professional – specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle & Senior Management – ricerca, per start-up tecnologica italiana, una figura di:Account ManagerPrincipali Responsabilità:Identificare nuove opportunità e partnership nel mercato, acquisendo nuovi clienti, con focus su settori chiave come agricoltura, edilizia, industria, logistica e pubbliche amministrazioni.Supportare la direzione nell'individuazione e lo sviluppo in segmenti e mercati emergenti.Coltivare rapporti con decision-maker, comprendendo le esigenze operative dei clienti e proporre soluzioni personalizzate, in sinergia con il team tecnico.Monitorare opportunità e forecast, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.Condurre trattative su termini economici e tecnici, assicurando accordi vantaggiosi e conformi agli standard aziendali e gestendo l'intero ciclo di vendita: scouting, presentazione, offerta economica, negoziazione e chiusura.Lavorare con team tecnico e marketing per garantire delivery e supporto post-vendita.Rappresentare l'azienda durante eventi, fiere, conferenze e workshop del settore.Requisiti:Laurea o background tecnico/commerciale in informatica, elettronica, meccatronica, economia o disciplini affini.5+ anni di esperienza in ruoli di vendita B2B, per prodotti o servizi tecnologici ad alto valore aggiunto, preferibilmente nei settori soluzioni digitali ICT, agritech, sensoristica o servizi ambientali e affini.Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di clienti complessi e partner tecnologiciEsperienza nella gestione di contratti a lungo termine.Ai sensi della normativa vigente, l'offerta di lavoro è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi (L.******).
