Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Production Intern .This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT).You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities.Purpose of the job Support Production area working on daily performance, problems and issues on the production lines with the objective to identify preventive actions.The Production Intern will be involved in: - Support Production Team in daily activities; - Carry out analysis on production/process problems; - Active deep dive in data of past performance; - Elaborate data analysis on OEE performance; - Support the team with SOPs, data analysis and RCAs.Qualifications Hard Skills EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included); Education: graduated or graduating with full marks from University in Engineering Studies; IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of programming is a plus and always curious to learn more IT tools; Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian.Background Engineering Professional Attributes Ability to Simplify We like to keep it simple.And to execute fast.Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.Analytical We're a very data driven company.You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.Result driven You don't only focus on your own results, but always do what's best for the company.What we offer you An ambitious employer; we only want to the best for you; Always room for new ideas; if you have an excellent idea, please let us know and we can set it in actionDuration: 6 months Internship Location: Latina Allowance: €900 Become part of a young and ambitious work environment: as a Kraft Heinz Production Intern you'll be the owner of your own projects and career.At Kraft Heinz, we provide the playing field.You change the game.Are you up for the challenge?If so, apply to this position Location(s) Latina
