What we doThe Reinsurance Business Unit offers implementation services based on proven structures, methodologies, and best practices derived from experience helping organizations worldwide address challenges around ceded and assumed reinsurance using SAP S/4HANA Insurance for reinsurance management.As a development partner for the solution, we are uniquely qualified to guide companies through the implementation process and help them achieve a high degree of automation for premiums, loss reserves, commission calculation, claims processing, and reporting.Our consultants work on complex, international business situations, discuss and influence business decisions, and interact with clients to understand the operational process and functional requirements.We offer creative and ambitious people a dynamic and challenging environment, clear career paths, and growth potential.What you will doSupport in delivering complex projects to Insurance and Reinsurance clientsSupport in different phases of the implementation of SAP Reinsurance solution (FS-RI)Work with the project team, team leaders, and client stakeholders to create stand-out solutions meeting clients' needsAnalyze technical and functional integration requirementsBe part of a team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP transformational programsDevelop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP's newest and future solutionsInteract with clients to understand their operational, process and functional requirementsComprehend and document complex business processesWhat we are looking forRequirementsBachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Maths or equivalentExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication along with strong client relationship skillsExcellent time-management skillsStrong analytical mindset, structured and problem-solving skillsExperience with Excel and PowerPointFluent in English (oral and in writing)Ability to travel up to 50 %Must be legally authorized to work in Italy without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureNice to haveFirst understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technologyInsurance/Reinsurance industry experience of advantageAdditional local language skills in ItalianWhat we offerA place where individuals are equally valued and where diversity and cultural differences are cherished.A global team of highly respected SAP and industry experts where you can make a difference.Competitive salaries and a broad range of benefits, some of which are highlighted below.Dedicated training for newly hired consultants.
