Adecco Italia SpA is looking for a Product Development Specialist to join the R&D team in the Bolton Food Business Unit based in Italy.How you make the difference:The position will play a crucial role in supporting our New Categories R&D Team in new product development projects, from the concept to the commercialization, ensuring Brand Quality and Food Safety standards. The role will be also responsible of technical aspects from lab to industrial scale.How your agenda looks like:Scout and test new ingredients and technologiesDevelop product formulations combining technical expertise and culinary creativitySupport prototype development at pilot scaleDefine processing and packaging solutions to optimize shelf life and food safetyCoordinate industrial trials and first production runs with Quality and Operations teamsPrepare and manage product and process documentationTrack and report development activities and resultsWork closely with Marketing to meet brand and market needs Your team:You will report directly to the R&D Manager New Categories within the Brands and Innovation Team.What makes you a great fit:Education: Degree in Food Science and TechnologyWork Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar roleTechnical Skills: Strong passion for cooking and the food industry, with a commitment to excellence. Previous experience with thermal processes (e.g. pasteurization), food safety aspects, and regulatory requirements within an international markets context are considered a plusSoft Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong teamwork skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersLanguages: Proficiency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of Spanish and/or French is a plusIT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint What's in for you:Work location: Cermenate, ItalyContract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full TimeRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
