Identifies the need for and undertakes engineering initiatives supporting local operational goals. Provides technical expertise and ongoing support to cross-functional project teams as required. Develops solutions to operational business challenges. Understanding of our business environment, development of strategies, and translation into business solutions. Defines and develops engineered business plans for specific location(s). Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and nationalities. Experience presenting and recommending scenarios to management. Translates technical information and model outputs into user-friendly language and format. Experience utilising relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, Word, MS Project, Power BI, PowerPoint) to translate business needs into computerised simulations. Utilises analytical concepts and tools. Plans processes and implements procedures. Develops financial justifications for labour and equipment. Analytical thinker with a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
