Midea Group, founded in **** in Guangdong, China, Midea has now established a global platform of 15 overseas manufacturing bases, over 35,000 overseas employees, 24 operating agencies, covering more than 200 countries and regions with 22 settlement currencies.Midea ranks No. 278 on the **** Fortune Global 500 list.Midea Building Technologies Division has decades of experience in commercial HVAC systems, and can deliver major commercial and industrial projects with ease.We have a complete infrastructure encompassing an R&D center, various production facilities, sales companies, and after sales services to support our business.We supply screw, centrifugal, magnetic chillers and airside HVAC systems, which are suitable for large commercial and industrial facilities such as sports stadiums, shopping malls, hotels, and factories.About the job:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulation Expert to join our team.This role will be responsible for coordinating EU HVAC & Energy regulations information between headquarters and branch offices.Your Responsibilities:Plan and implement regulatory activities.Monitor and contribute to EU HVAC & Energy regulations, with a focus on VRF systems.Analyze regulatory impacts and provide risk warnings.Collaborate with product development to ensure regulatory compliance.Coordinate with MBT headquarters on regulatory activities.Your Background:Over 5 years of experience in HVAC & Energy industries, especially VRF systems.Strong knowledge of EU HVAC & Energy regulations.Excellent leadership, communication skills, and adaptability in cross-cultural environments.Fluent in English and Italian.Willing to travel internationally.
