About BizAway Here at BizAway, we Deliver the Future of Travel.We are a solid international company with strong ambitions and great expertise.With a focus on sustainability , on a daily basis we support companies enabling them to improve their travel management through our constantly evolving services and solutions, always characterized by our tech attitude and smart and innovative processes.We know that success comes from People and deserves to be recognized.Proactivity and Reliability, Kindful collaboration and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale-up then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Travel Consultant Team Leader (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Service Team.Your role in BizAwayAs a Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting a group of Travel Agents, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational performance.You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, fostering a positive team culture, and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments (Quality, WFM, Back Office, and GTM&VIP teams) to achieve business goals.Lead, motivate, and support a team of Travel Agents in their daily activitiesMonitor KPIs related to service quality, productivity, and client satisfactionConduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.Coordinate training needs and collaborate with the Quality & Training areaEnsure team compliance with internal processes and SLA commitmentsWork closely with Workforce Management to plan shifts and capacitySupport escalations and complex cases, ensuring client-first resolutionIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automationContribute to projects aimed at enhancing service efficiency and scalability.Your basic qualifications5+ years of experience in a travel management or customer service environmentProven experience leading teams (in travel industry)Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsFluent in Italian and English (other European languages are a plus)A proactive mindset, with the ability to inspire and lead by examplePassion for people development and continuous improvement.We are also interested inAbility to learn and adapt to new software technologiesFamiliarity with Zendesk or other ticketing/CRM systems.Experience in managing multilingual or multi-market operationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsOur offer??
