Project ManagerMidsummer Italia is currently looking for a Project Manager in our solar photovoltaic industry.We are preparing to start up the production facility in Bari and need a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive sales of flexible solar modules, develop new business opportunities, and implement innovative projects across sectors such as aerospace and marine.As Project Manager you will handle the entire project cycle – from origination to closing – and work closely with internal production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.You'll represent Midsummer Italia at industry exhibitions and examine market trends to support strategic decisions.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new project/sales opportunities where flexible solar modules are advantageous.Develop and expand the Italian market customer base.Translate company sales objectives into actionable plans, monitor performance, achieve sales targets and increase market share independently.Coordinate with internal departments such as production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and relevant policy changes; provide timely internal feedback to support strategic decisions.Represent Midsummer Italia at major industry exhibitions and summits to strengthen brand visibility and build relationships with potential customers.Requirements and skillsBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.At least 3 years of sales experience/project management of technical products, preferably in the photovoltaic sector.Strong understanding of the Photovoltaic market and the energy market.Strong interest in innovative technical products.Self-leadership – a proven ability to independently develop and manage client accounts and reach goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills.Good presentation skills.Proactiveness and entrepreneurial spirit.Ability to interact well with all types of people.Strong mathematical skills.Strong understanding of international solar energy policies, market trends, product demands, and industry standards.Minimum B2 level of English.We offerOpportunity to grow professionally quickly in a fast-growing industry with high potential.A stimulating international working environment.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesRenewable Energy, Semiconductor Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
