About Guestnet Founded in Brixen, Guestnet has redefined how hotels communicate with their guests.Guestnet is a leading SaaS platform for digital guest experience in hospitality.We help hotels, resorts, and hotel groups streamline operations, automate guest communication, and unlock new revenue streams through digital check-in/out, guest messaging, upselling, and integrated services.Our platform is used by innovative hospitality brands across Europe and is deeply integrated with leading PMS and partner systems.Guestnet stands for product excellence, speed, and real business impact.To accelerate our growth in Southern Europe, we are looking for a Sales Manager Italy to own and scale our Italian market.Curious to learn more?Get in touch and become part of our team.Help us actively shape our success story.Your RoleAs Sales Manager Italy, you will take full ownership of our sales activities in the Italian hospitality market.You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy in Italy.This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and direct impact.TasksKey Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle for the Italian hospitality market (prospecting ? demo ? closing)- Using Sales Methodology like MEDDIC or BANT method- Build and manage a strong pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups- Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to customer needs- Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers (GM, IT, Operations, Marketing)- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnerships- Provide structured feedback from the market to Product & Leadership- Represent Guestnet at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetings- Identification and research of target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)- Execution of multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)- Qualification of inbound leads and scheduling of discovery calls and product demos- Maintenance and continuous improvement of CRM data quality (e.g. Salesforce)- Collaboration with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooks- Structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactions- Active contribution to a high-performing, positive, and collaborative sales cultureRequirementsWhat You Bring- 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or scale-up- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, scale-up environment- Proven experience selling to individual hotels as well as enterprise hotel chains, particularly in the Italian market- Strong entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build and shape, not just execute- Confident navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements- Proven track record in closing mid-market or enterprise customers- "Can do" Attitude and team work- Deep understanding of consultative sales and solution selling- Self-driven, hands-on mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong KPI- and target-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken), German is a plusBenefitsWhat We Offer- A key role in scaling a fast-growing SaaS company in hospitality- High degree of autonomy and trust- Direct impact on product and go-to-market decisions- Competitive salary with performance-based commission- Flexible working setup (remote-friendly)- A young, international, and highly motivated team- Clear growth path as Guestnet expands across Europe- The opportunity to actively shape a product that is defining the future of hospitalitySounds exciting?If you enjoy building something from the ground up, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to make a real impact in the hospitality world, we look forward to receiving your application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
