To support the growth of our Team Customer Care Global we are looking for aTransport Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)Main activitiesYou will be the point of contact for our key customers for any update concerning shipments. The main tasks you will perform are:Providing a customer experience in line with the company's standardsEntering orders into the company's TMS and checking that the data in the system is up to dateBooking loading and unloading slotsProviding daily support to the Operations departmentsWorking closely with the Sales organisation to manage key customersAnalysing, reporting and monitoring KPIsSupporting the optimisation of customer service performance and proceduresRequired profileGRUBER Logistics' strength is our employees: people who are reliable and autonomous in carrying out tasks, and who put teamwork first. To best fill the role of Customer Care Assistant (m/f/d), the following requirements complete your profile:Previous experience in the transport sector in a customer service roleOrder management skillsTime management skills and affinity with deadlinesExcelent interactions skills with customers and internal stakeholdersNegotiation abilityAbility to consistently manage multi-channel interactionsDynamic thinking and solution-oriented approachGood knowledge of MS Office, particularly ExcelKnowledge of SGA TMS is an advantageFluency in English and GermanWe work to make our company more and more inclusiveness-oriented and value the contribution of each employee.
