Job Description Job DescriptionOmnissa is empowering the digital workspace.We see in the age of mobile and cloud that consumer devices and application experiences are shaping how businesses drive digital transformation.Consumer experience has changed employee expectations which is creating new application demands and forging new opportunities to change business processes and improve user experience and productivity.Omnissa's mission is to empower employees to do their best work from anywhere through smart, seamless, and secure experiencesTo support that vision we are looking for an exceptional End-User Computing (EUC) Solution Engineer to support the continued growth and investment of our partner ecosystem.You should have a deep understanding of the mobile, physical and virtual desktop landscape as well as experience within the EUC partner network ideally.As a member of the Omnissa Partner Solution Engineering team, we evangelise our Digital Workspace business value and technical benefits to senior level business and technology decision makers in our partners, as well as being instrumental in solution development around Digital Workspace.The Partner Solution Engineer is a high impact, very visible and proactive role in driving and collaborating with our partners to assist them in their Digital Workspace practises, supporting the partner sales motions and educating them on the Omnissa platform and it's capabilities.Position responsibilitiesUnderstand your partner's business and their Digital Workspace go to market strategy.Engage regularly with technology decision makers in your partner ( Solution Architects, pre-sales engineers, delivery managers and consultants ); building relationships, evangelising Omnissa solutions, and providing domain expertise to assist in closing business.Strong customer and partner-facing experience, able to demonstrate your relationship building skills.Engage regularly with Partner Business Managers to ensure alignment on activities within your partners.Enable and manage your partners to deliver product value demonstrations, ensuring they have access to the correct resources and are able to deliver these to a high calibre, ensuring they are keeping up to date with our solutions.Deliver bespoke technical enablement sessions to both Sales and Technical teams in your partners, ensuring the sessions are relevant and well attended.Be present with your partner by working from their offices on a regular basis to forge and maintain relationships, while keep our solutions front of mind.Track your partners progress with education and certifications, ensuring they have the right skills to be able to deliver the required services.Ensure your partners have access to and understand our delivery best practices for solution implementation and adoption.Track and support your partner owned opportunities.Working with your Partner Business Manager, ensure you have visibility of the technical validation process and provide necessary guidance to the partner technical team.Provide feedback into sales and solution engineering management on partner run opportunities, particularly around the forecasting status of opportunities and next steps.Ensure your partner's feedback is represented in Product Management and other areas of the business, including setting up partner briefing sessions and quarterly based reviews along with the Partner Business Manager.Support your partner's marketing department with their campaigns and events, ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with the partner.Position requirementsComfortable in English – both written and spoken.Fluent in Spanish and Italian3+ years EUC Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant.Experience in the EUC partner ecosystem is desired, but not essential.Experienced in Subscription based go-to-market and Customer Adoption ManagementProven background in two or more of the following technologies :Desktop Virtualization : (Omnissa Horizon, Citrix VAD or Microsoft AVD)Mobile Device Management (Android, iOS, Zebra or other rugged device types)Desktop Management (Windows, MacOS, Google ChromeOS, Linux)Identity Access Management (Okta, Ping, Microsoft AAD or other SAML authentication)Zero-Trust security model, Endpoint Protection and Enterprise SecurityExperience with Microsoft desktop operating system and Windows application deployment, configuration and managementExperience with configuring and deployingMobile Device Platforms (OmnissaWorkspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, SOTI),Physical Desktop Management (Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, IBM)SaaS Services (Microsoft Azure / AVD, Amazon AWS, Citrix SaaS, Google GCP)Possess a strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with background in either the customer or partner landscape.You will be immensely capable, an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude and will adapt to change with a real passion for the EUC technology spaceStrong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.Strong listening, reasoning and objection handling skillsYou are effective in working both independently and in a team setting where you potentially are the lead.You are a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills and possess excellent time management and reporting skills60% Travel across various locations and geographies as required, with the ability to travel around Europe and USA.#J-*****-Ljbffr
