Ultima Markets is a multi-asset trading platform with various global offerings to adapt to investors from all walks of life.Investors trading on our platform get access to CFD financial instruments, including Forex, Commodities, Indices and Shares.As a client-oriented broker, we aim to offer a wide range of products to suit the needs of various clients.Until now, we have served clients from 172 countries and regions with our trustworthy services and well-built trading systems.To learn more about our company, please visit our website: Job Overview We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the European or South American markets from scratch.This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy.You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth.Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.Main responsibilities Market strategy and leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive country-specific business plans to achieve aggressive growth targets and establish market dominance.Business Development and Partnerships: Proactively seek, negotiate, and secure partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers.Leverage your existing network to bring immediate resources and channels to the company.Team Building and Management: Build, coach and lead local sales teams from scratch.Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture through effective training, coaching and motivation.Revenue generation: Drive all sales activities to acquire new customers and maximize deposits.Manage key accounts and high-value partners personally.Market Intelligence: Gain insight into the local competition landscape, regulatory environments and customer needs of the CFD/cryptocurrency/fintech industry.Compliance: Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.Job requirements (must be met) At least 2 years of senior sales or leadership experience in Contracts for Difference (CFDs), cryptocurrency or online trading/internet finance industry .Proven track record of building sales teams from scratch and leading them to exceed targets.Experience in establishing partnerships with affiliates (affiliates) and introducing brokers (IBs) , with a relevant network preferred.Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written) are prerequisites .Have a global perspective, be able to work independently from any location, and be willing to travel frequently for business as needed.Priority conditions (bonus points) Proficiency in other foreign languages (e.G.
